We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Support Staff & Shift Manager - AT&T Winterfest rink, downtown Raleigh

Responsibilities: Admissions, Skate Rental, Basic Ice Maintenance, Customer Service

Hours: week nights (usually until 10 pm) and weekends

Qualifications:

-must be at least 15 years old for Support Staff or 18 years old for Shift Manager

-must be working towards or possess a high school diploma or equivalent

-must be personable, responsible, and a self-starter, and work well in a team environment

-must have reliable transportation

-must have weekend availability

**anyone under the age of 18 must have a worker's permit**

Support Staff (responsibilites include: Front Counter, Skate Rental, and Snack Bar)

Qualifications:

-must be at least 15 years old and be working towards or possess a high school diploma or equivalent

-must be personable, responsible, and a self-starter, and work well in a team environment

-must have reliable transportation

-must have weekend availability

**anyone under the age of 18 must have a worker's permit**

Shift Manager (responsibilites include: oversee facility and staff, assign tasks to staff, operate zamboni)

Qualifications:

-must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

-previous work experience required

-possess strong communication and customer service skills

-ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude

-must be able to work in a team environment

-must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
